Victus International has been appointed to
handle the sales, marketing and distribution of Jungbunzlauer
products, a manufacturer of natural and nature-identical biodegradable
ingredients.
Jungbunzlauer's products are mostly manufactured
utilising fermentation technology, a natural process which complements
Victus International's strategic vision. The products have been
in the market previously via Bronson & Jacobs, but Victus is
now the sole agency distributor for Australia.
The Jungbunzlauer products are sold with application
and technical support for all products to ensure customer support.
A number of dairy and other food manufacturers have begun using
the product.
Jungbunzlauer specialises in:
Citric Acid:
Both in powdered and liquid form making it suitable for a wide range of applications
in foods and beverages. Mono and Triosodium Citrates are often used as buffering,
sequestering or emulsifying agents with citric acid and Triosodium Citrate
being increasingly used in cleaners and detergents as ecologically safe substitutes
for phosphates.
Xanthan Gum:
A natural polysaccharide used as an excellent stabiliser and thickener for
emulsions and suspensions.
Gluconates:
Including Glucono-delta-lactone (GdL) which provides gentle acidification in
the same way as lactic acid producing bacteria.
Specialities:
Including citric acid esters Citrofol used as safe emollients and plasticisers;
coated organic acids; Essiccum (a dry product that has the flavour and functionality
of vinegar although eight times more concentrated than vinegar); and Sodium
Diacetate, used commonly in flavours, flavour emulsions, baking, meat and
spices.
Special Salts:
Mineral salts mainly derived from citric acid or gluconic acid, providing high-quality
organic sources of calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium.
Sweeteners:
Erythritol, a natural sweetener with superior properties: virtually no calories,
zero glycemic index, zero carbohydrates and is non-carcinogenic.
